Project Management Perspective;
· Following projects managed successfully. Worked efficiently with teams by 2 week-sprints.
o SmartMeter Project: 16 smart meters deployed for the client’s facility. All results outlined in the cloud dashboard to presented to the client successfully. The project provided 11 months of RoI to the client. We sold the turnkey solution which contains SIM, cloud and dashboard.
o SmartPark Project: We deployed around 100 smart-park NB-IoT sensors in this project to our client's facility and present them all in a dashboard. Provided 150lt petrol savings monthly.
o Adwingo Project: I managed IoT-based ooh ads on cars. I worked with my client closely and deployed M2M IoT devices on 20 cars. My client used all M2M IoT results for their algorithm to calculate cars' movement. Thus, I both provided IoT hardware solution to my client with my partner's products and deployed a map-based software solution to tracking cars to my client.
o Smart Pharmacy: I planned an IoT RFID-based medicine tracking project for medicines in the client's warehouse. My client tagged around 10K medicines in their warehouse with my partner's RFID IoT products and used RFID results in my other partner's dashboard. Thus, we provided anti-theft and to avoid lost medicine for our client. The project's ROI is 13 months.
o Robin Hood Project: 2000 UMTS RRU implemented to network for 10000 sectors with dismantle/mantle operation on-site with 145 employees. 4,7M€ CAPEX Avoidance provided.
o Energy Saving Project: I prepared energy saving features’ application methodology and managed the implementation on whole 2G sites. Thus 4M€ saving provided by each year.
o Split Sector Project: By using more than 1000 4T4R RRU for 2 sectors of the site for LTE CA plan, 1,8M€ CAPEX Avoidance and 0,8M€ OPEX Saving provided with 65 employees on site.
o Regional Optimization Project: I identified a person responsible for each region and formed a team. We prepared cell/site/zone/city-based reports with the network structure, Drive Test reports and then we performed all tilt and power changes in 6-weeks successfully. I pointed out the problem, build and led the team and managed the project successfully. I ensured 2.2M€ CAPEX Avoidance and 4.1M€ Network benefit (has been calculated by long-term past OPEX and long-term consumed data volume effect) with 125K€ OPEX cost in the Project.
Administration Perspective;
· Captured internal and enterprise customer requirements and predictive effects upfront. Prepared cus-tomer specific IoT solutions and services to prepare LLD/HLD and manage the project best.
· I focused on to enterprise customers’ necessary with feedbacks which came from them directly and indi-rectly, prepared IoT based solutions with products, sensors, smart meters etc., combined hardware and software products, measured their signals with IoT-based sensors and reported on the dashboard.
· I harmonized Business, Technology and the Customer Experience for each clients' solution request.
· I generated every IoT solution valuable, usable and feasible for clients. Every client's solution request, adaption to change and reaction to results/possible results are different. It's the most important point is to understand the client's problem right - it is not mean that focus just on client requests.
· I organized the IoT structure for existing and new clients with Device Hardware, Device Software, Commu-nications, Cloud Platform and Could Applications.
· With internal and external clients, I have experienced connected IoT products' involving in installation, deployment, asset management, operations etc. I worked with IoT vendors and IoT partners closely.
· I performed both as the RAN expert and the IoT Product Manager to modelled the 2G/3G/4G/5G network with the best performed IoT Network. I established the NBIoT Network on 4G-LTE with the best coverage and best settings for large NBIoT clients' location, I start to work with smart agriculture, smart cow, smart meter projects in rural and focused to terrestrial NBIoT coverage for the best customer experience. I toiled with 2G-based Enterprise M2M subscribers to adopt them to NBIoT (NarrowBand IoT) which are both for the be ready for M2M-to-M2X, and ready for the high number of connections.
· Managed risks’ potentially effects on Customer Experience with the first consideration. Customer Relation-ships and Customer Experience Management is one of the most important items. I led and participated in many meetings with clients to understand their necessary. Thus, I suggested the best tailor-based IoT solu-tions to clients. Besides, I managed Customer Experience sustainability with contacting them regularly and suggest and pro new services and solutions which they might need.
· I worked for region-based 2G/3G/4G-LTE/5GNR performance, 2G M2M IoT Performance, 4G NB-IoT performance, KPI/KQI monitoring, Utilization and Capacity management, site/cell capacity dimensioning activities. Besides, I performed big data analysis for traffic forecasting and analyzing churn reasons. I used all results with Business teams to prepare new tariffs new campaigns and focus on avoiding churn.
· Leaded and analyzed Customer Experience Index with special network-based algorithms. (similar NPS)
Technical Perspective
· Studied the annual, and 4 years investment plan with technology evolution, compared old forecast re-sults with actuals and modelled future’s forecast. Managed project-based CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
· Spearheaded to the Utilization of LTE, and UMTS Network. Managed the capacity dimensioning. Optimized the Utilization as 6% out of 46% as the lowest CAPEX with restricted CA plan to the best sectors.
· Operated the RAN Architecture to the most efficient site performance and Customer Experience.
· Performed Atoll LTE designs, LTE Coverage, 3G/4G Coverage Analysis, Planning and Optimization process.
· Experienced for 2G/3G/4G/5GNR/VoLTE and VoWiFi Test Procedures for IoT deployment. Managed lab testing procedures: Handover, Cell Change, VoLTE, Voice and Data test procedures based on ATP.
· Designed LTE Site Architecture for L900 and L2100 in the network for long term IoT readiness. 40+ cities are worked on L900, 10+ cities are on L2100. Thus, the CAPEX Avoidance provided by 65%.
· Operated to 5G technology about spectrum to Coverage and Capacity, MaMIMO, NB-IoT and VoLTE. Designed the Network with compatible 5G site architecture by BBU, NR, Antenna and Transmission.
· Designed the current RAN Network with compatible 5G site architecture with Huawei RAN products.
· Adapted the network for NB-IoT with the best coverage by the efficient link-budget.
· Performed new businesses and applications for 4G Smallcells, Crowdcell, Lampsite and WTTx CPEs.
