      Hızlı tüketim alanında faaliyet gösteren yerel market zincirinin mağaza müdürleri için eğitim setleri hazırlandı. Amaç mağaza müdürlerine günlük iş yükü arasında kendilerini geliştirebilecek bir olanak vermekti. Bu amaçla dünyadan perakende örnekleri eşliğinde haftalık beyin fırtınası toplantıları yapıldı. Haftalık sunumlardan birisinin linki örnek olarak verilmektedir.

      Training sets were prepared for the store managers of the local market chain operating in the field of FMCG. It was to give them an opportunity to improve themselves among the daily workload. For this purpose, weekly brain storm sessions were held with retail samples from around the world. The link to one of the weekly presentations is given as an example.

      Geniş bir yetkili satıcı ağına sahip olan müşterim, bu ağın yönetilmesinde güçlükler yaşıyordu. Proje 2 aşamalı olarak gerçekleştirildi. Öncelikle yetkili satıcı yönetimi için gerekli olan KPI seti oluşturuldu. Devamında bu KPI'ları yönetecek olan departman "Şebeke Geliştirme Departmanı" kuruldu.

      My client, who has a large dealer network, was having difficulties to manage them. The project was realized in 2 stages. First, the KPI set required for authorized dealer management was created. And "Network Development Department" was established to manage these KPIs.
