* Implementation of Fraud Platform for Turkish Insurance Association
Delivery Manager
I involved in the project as manager and have intensive hands-on modeling and implementation role in the project. I managed a team formed of 5 analysts and consultants in the project. I supervised the team in the all phases of the project. Business Rule Module, predictive fraud models, social network analysis modules of the SAS Fraud Framework solution implemented. With the project Turkey’s Insurance Anti-Fraud Bureau began to provide scores for fraud investigator units of member insurance companies. The project is also a significant reference for SAS solution. SAS was the solution provider and Accenture was the integrator in the project. According to the institution’s general manager ‘Our focus on analytics over business rules has led to the discovery of 259 million TL [US $86 million] in potential fraud cases within the first nine months of using the solution.’
* Credit Risk reporting environment for SME Segment for Yapi Kredi Bank
Delivery Manager
I was responsible to deliver the required credit risk reports for SME Credit Allocation Team. Reports were developed in SAP Business Objects platform. I managed a team of 7 reporting analysts and developers. I supervised the team in analyze, design and development phases of the project.
