education programs.
The International MBA (IMBA) is the institution’s flagship program, ranked by the Financial Times in 2017 as 4th in Europe and 8th worldwide for full-time MBA programs. It is a one-year, accelerated program, which can be pursued in either English or Spanish. The program’s key objective is to cultivate leaders and entrepreneurs capable of leading business organizations in competitive and dynamic global environments. It enrolls approximately 675 students per year, in two intakes (September and January), with aournd 75 nationalities represented across intakes.
Duties:
Help in the design and launch of a new, five-week component to the IMBA Program that will allow students to develop the skills needed to succeed in technology management: The TechLab.
Use extensive knowledge of technology to work closely with the Associate Dean in the development of a world-class program that provides students with the opportunity to better understand technology as it relates to business (and the future of business) in a collaborative and vibrant learning environment.
Report to the Executive Director and the Associate Dean of the International MBA Program at IE Business School and help lead a team of six Program Advisors and six Program Assistants.
In close collaboration with the other Associate Directors, be responsible for the daily management of the 12-month, fulltime International MBA program, its continuous improvement and the management of corresponding administrative tasks
